A welcoming Sprint Distance Triathlon suitable for all levels. 400m pool swim | 23km bike around beautiful Somerset / Wiltshire countryside | 5km run on road/tracks. Race HQ is at Frome Sports and Fitness Centre, so there are great facilities and it is a great event for spectators. There’s always a fantastic atmosphere at the finish line, with cheering, music and food.

We are running a series of social events throughout the year leading up to the triathlon to support you with your pre race planning, culminating with a familiarisation session of the Tri Bike course. Please look at Frome Triathlon Club home page for further details.

We are also offering Tri, back to basics, swim courses running on a Monday Evening, which will get you ready for the event and have you feeling comfortable and confident. These are 6 week progressive sessions from beginner to novice to improver levels.
